What is the cancellation policy?
-Cancellations not made within 24hrs will forfeit your payment and will not be used toward your next appointment.
-No Call/No shows will forfeit payment and will not be able to book again for 6 months.
Is gratuity included?
No, but tips are greatly appreciated.
What does your spa party entail?
Guest will receive massages, facials and your choice of foot soaks for $150 per person. Please call for availability.
Why do we have to prepay before appointments?
Prepaying for your appointment prevents last minute cancellation and no call/no shows. Clients WILL NOT have to prepay to reschedule, if their appointment is cancelled before the 24hr time period.
